A debate has been going on worldwide regarding the issue of homosexuality in these last days. Previously, homosexuality was abhorred in most communities as an aberration. In the laws of most nations( actually all English-speaking nations), homosexuality has been a criminal offence, punishable by imprisonment. Not so any longer. Today, homosexuality has been recognized as an alternative lifestyle, and laws have been passed in many countries to ensure that homosexuals are not discriminated against.

Certain countries, notably Britain, and America have stated that they will not give aid to those countries which do not recognize and allow homosexuality. As a consequence, Bible believing Christians are being discriminated against in those nations. They are labelled as being homophobic, and some have lost their jobs for not cooperating in pushing the homosexual agenda in their work places.

For us Christians, these should not come as a surprise. The rise of homosexuality has come along with the revival of witchcraft, Satanism, and global governance, which the bible predicts will usher in the reign of the Beast- the antichrist.

I have therefore chosen to present the Biblical view regarding homosexuality, so that believers can understand and be on their guard against this satanic legalization of what God calls evil.

Rather than give you my viewpoint, I have chosen to present objectively, what the bible says about homosexuality , both in the old testament as well as in the new testament, by simply quoting the scriptures.

OLD TESTAMENT

Ge 13:13 But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.

Ge 18:20 And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

Lev 18:22-24 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:

Ge 19:4-5 But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.

Le 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

De 23:17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.

Jg 19:22 As they were enjoying themselves, suddenly certain men of the city, perverted men, surrounded the house and beat on the door. They spoke to the master of the house, the old man, saying, “Bring out the man who came to your house, that we may know him carnally!”

2Ki 23:7 Then he tore down the ritual booths of the perverted persons that were in the house of the Lord, where the women wove hangings for the wooden image.

1Ki 14:24 And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.

1Ki 15:12 And he took away the sodomites out of the land, and removed all the idols that his fathers had made.

1Ki 22:46 And the remnant of the sodomites, which remained in the days of his father Asa, he took out of the land.

Isa 3:9 The look on their countenance witnesses against them,
And they declare their sin as Sodom;
They do not hide it.
Woe to their soul!
For they have brought evil upon themselves.

NEW TESTAMENT

Ro 1:24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves

Ro 1:26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature.

Ro 1:27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

1Co 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites.
